Brought my car in, 6 days later no work had been done. I spent $700. on a rental car that has now been wasted. To make matters worse exhaust from the car is now entering the cabin and the car is unsafe to drive. Additionally, a driver seat trim that was partially damaged is now completely broken and laying on the rear seat floorboard.
JP and the dealership have been very helpful and accommodating . I highly recommend JP as a salesman.
The entire team made it a pleasant experience. The time to complete all the paperwork was quick.

I arranged with the Daphne Dealership to purchase a 2026 Lincoln Aviator Reserve for $81,900.00 before reduction and trade in. I sent an electronic $1000.00 deposit to hold the vehicle for three days, picking up on February 27, 2026. All financial arrangements had been confirmed between the dealership and USAA. Purchased 2025 F-150 Platinum on December 6, 2025. Multiple cosmetic defects from dealer’s handling acknowledged by GM but remain unresolved after 3+ weeks.
While waiting with their driver for a return call from sales manager regarding repair options, corporate office representative (Kelly) called and falsely accused me of ‘holding their driver hostage’ and ‘refusing to return loaner keys.’ She threatened that ‘someone is going to go to jail.’ We were simply waiting for a promised callback. I filed a police report to document this false accusation and intimidation attempt.

Bought 2 trucks from Sandy Sansing Ford in Daphne this year. The second one, a pre owned F150. I bought the maintenance and service plans. Sent the truck to Louisiana for my son to drive. According to Carfax Sansing performed an oil change before they sold it to me. Took the truck to the Ford dealer in Louisiana for my first oil change and this dealer says the drain plug was cross threaded at the previous oil change. The Ford dealership in Daphne had numerous vehicles to look at. I was looking for a SUV that would meet my needs. Doug K. (salesman) saw us looking at the different size SUVs and ask if he could help. He let me drive the Ford Bronco Sport and compare the difference between the 2024 and 2025. Both were very nice, it took awhile to make a decision. Doug was very patient and treated me with respect. If I ever need another vehicle, I would gladly return because of Doug and the selection.
If you value your time and money, consider choosing a different dealership for service. For Ford warranty work, this location may disappoint. Expect little to no communication about your vehicle’s status after drop-off. Even when an issue is evident, technicians may dismiss it, leading to a frustrating experience. This dealership could benefit from corporate oversight to improve service quality. Choose wisely.

I hate the fact that I always have to call the service department to check the status of my vehicle. Wish someone would call me at least after the 2nd day. This is not the 1st time, or 2nd that I've had this experience!

Dealer was fast on the diagnostic and repair. SUV sat at World ford for 3week without anyone touching it to do a diagnostic, Sansing Ford had it diagnosed and parts ordered next day from drop off.

Took truck in for the “works” check up which included oil change and tire rotation. They failed to rotate the tires and didn’t seem to care. How can I trust them that they even changed my oil. They wrote down that my brakes were at 7mm thickness. How do they know that if they never took the tires off. I will not trust them again.

Purchased a truck two months ago and notified them immediately of obvious rear end issues. Shakes terribly at 50mph and anything above 65mph. Was told they would fix it. Took it in and it left driving the exact same. Was then ignored by all parties at the dealer for 2 months. Jennifer in service went out of her way to take care of my issues and was able to get my extended warranty to cover all of the cost.
I told him what I wanted. They got it done no issues. Everyone I worked with was very nice easy work with.
Dealership service department was very professional and very nice. They took care of recalls in 1 day. Steve our service writer was very helpful. I will not take my Lincoln to any other dealership.
Appointment times with the service department are not honored, you will spend at least three - four hours on something as simple as an oil change and tire rotation. Rather than limiting the number of weekend appointments, they try to stack as many as possible to make as much money as possible, prioritizing profits over customer experience and satisfaction. Additionally, the refuse to expedite getting parts in to fix a BRAND NEW car. My breaks screech because of some issue with hardware. Are they in a hurry to rectify this? No. They said it could take MONTHS.
Scheduled appointment and check in was fast. Finished service on vehicle earlier than expected. They keep me updated on everything I need.
Friendly, notify of findings and cost. Review options. Allow customers to be part of the process.

Keys were set on counter had ti hit panic button to find far in parking lot, no one bothered to tell me where it was. A large amount of plastic and garbage rolled up on drivers seat and forgotten, rim has a large gouge in it and I will never recommend or come back to this business.
It was a good experience to test drive and buy my new F150 truck with this dealership. The sales team was great and we reached a deal without any pressure. I highly recommend this dealership.

Three days after receiving a routine oil change I began to smell oil. There were no warning lights on but it turned out oil was spewing from an improperly placed oil filter. They didn’t even bother to reattach the engine cover. Who knows where that is. My 2022 Bronco with not even 20000 miles on it is still stranded with oil splatter everywhere and no oil left because it is a weekend and there is no manager on site.
